One of the first signs could be missing your period.
Morning sickness is common during the first trimester. Even though it is called morning sickness it can affect you anytime during the day or night. You may throw up or feel queasy. Not all women have morning sickness and others feel it later in pregnancy, however, most women feel better after the second trimester.
Fatigue is common in early pregnancy. Your body is undergoing many changes and your energy is being redirected to support those changes. You may find that you don’t seem to have enough energy to make it throughout the day.
You may have random cravings for a certain types of foods or food group, and foods you usually like you may avoid.
Your breasts may feel sensitive when you are on your period and more sensitive if you are pregnant. Your breasts may feel tight, tender and full. Your breasts and nipples may be so tender that clothing brushing up against them is uncomfortable. Don’t worry after the first trimester, the sensitivity usually lessens a bit.
Some women become hypersensitive to smells and feel nauseated. Some smells that they enjoyed before pregnancy may make them feel nauseated.
Your body may have a bloated and full feeling.
Spotting can happen between 10-14 days after fertilization. This can occur due to implantation of the egg into the lining of the uterus.
