Massage for Plantar Fasciitis
I myself suffer from Plantar Fasciitis so I know first hand how painful and debilitating it can be. My condition has enabled me to have a deep insight and experience treating Plantar Fasciitis for others as well. If you have this condition please contact me and I will work with you to heal.
At first I did the frozen water bottle, rolling it under my foot to stretch the tendon and reduce swelling. That did not do much for me. Then I tried stretching the facia on a step and by using a boot at night and still no help. It wasn’t until I used trigger point massage and found that the problem was in my legs. Once I started to target the muscles in my leg, my foot started to have a lot of relief.
After reducing the trigger points in my legs I started trigger point therapy for my clients and they have significantly reduced the pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis. Although the pain hasn’t total gone away for me yet, at least I have a great amount of relief.
