The Aches and Pains of Travel
Lots of people suffer from back pain as a result of traveling. I have a few suggestions if you are traveling this year and suffer from sore or tight muscles and want to avoid the possibility of injury.
Start at least a week before travel doing yoga stretches that will increase your flexibility. If your leaving first thing in the morning put your suitcase in the car before going to bed to prevent picking it up before your body has warmed up, reducing the risk of pulling muscles.
